Privacy is important to us, and we've designed Magic Domino with your data security in mind. Magic Domino™ does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Your game data stays on your device, and we have no access to it. This policy explains how the app works and what third-party services it uses.

Information We Collect

Magic Domino is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from our users.

• Game Data: All scores, game history, and tournament results are stored locally on your device. We have no access to this data.
• iCloud Sync (Premium, Optional): If you enable iCloud sync, your game data is stored in your personal iCloud account managed by Apple. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
• Camera Access: Used only for AI score counting. All image processing happens locally on your device in real-time. Photos are never saved, stored, or uploaded anywhere.
• Photo Library Access (Premium, iOS 26+): Premium users on iOS 26 or later can select photos from their library to customize the scoreboard background. Selected photos are compressed, stored locally on your device, and never uploaded to our servers. We do not have access to your photo library or the photos you select.
• Widgets & Live Activity (Premium, iOS 26+): Premium users on iOS 26 or later can display game scores on their home screen and lock screen via widgets and Live Activity. Widget data is read directly from your locally stored game data and is never transmitted to our servers.
• Purchase Information: All subscriptions and purchases are managed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
• Advertising (Free Users Only): Free version users may see ads from Unity Ads. Unity Ads collects certain device information for ad personalization. Premium users have an ad-free experience with no ad tracking.

How We Use Your Information

Since we don't collect personal information, there's nothing to use! Your data stays on your device.

• Game data remains on your device to provide score tracking and history
• Camera is used in real-time for AI counting only
• Selected background photos are stored locally on your device only
• Widget data is read from your locally stored game data
• iCloud sync (if enabled by you) uses Apple's secure infrastructure

Data Storage and Security

All your game data, custom background photos, and app settings are stored locally on your device in the app's secure documents directory. If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's secure infrastructure. We do not have access to your iCloud data or any files stored on your device.

Third-Party Services

Magic Domino integrates with the following services:

• Apple App Store: Handles all purchases and subscriptions securely
• Apple iCloud: Optional sync feature for Premium users - data stays in your personal iCloud account
• Unity Ads (Free Users Only): We use Unity Ads to serve advertisements to free users. Unity Ads may collect and use the following information:
  • Device identifiers (IDFA - Advertising Identifier)
  • IP address
  • Device type and operating system
  • App usage and interaction data
  • Ad interaction data (views, clicks)

  This data is used to show personalized ads and measure ad performance. Premium subscribers have zero ads and zero ad tracking.

We do not share any user data with third parties because we don't collect any user data. Unity Ads collects data directly from your device for advertising purposes only.

Children's Privacy

Magic Domino does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is designed to be family-friendly and safe for all ages.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Delete your game data at any time from within the app settings
• Remove custom background photos at any time from the background settings
• Enable or disable iCloud sync at your preference
• Enable or disable widgets at your preference
• Opt out of personalized ads by limiting ad tracking in your device settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking)
• Uninstall the app to completely remove all locally stored data from your device

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify you through the app or other appropriate means.
